Your RM29/year membership keeps an active digital profile, NFC and QR routing to your profile, profile editing and current analytics.

Your first year is included. After that, renew for RM29/year to keep your Card and digital profile active. If a membership lapses, your profile stays live for a 30-day grace period, then pauses until you renew. Nothing is deleted: renewing restores the same card and profile.

How much is THE CARD 001?
RM79. That includes the card and your first 12 months of membership.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. After the first 12 months, the membership is RM29/year, paid once a year. It keeps an active digital profile, NFC and QR routing to your profile, profile editing and current analytics.
Do people need an app to open my profile?
No app. Modern iPhones read the card on their own; most Android phones need NFC switched on. The QR code on the back works with any phone camera.
Can I update my profile?
Yes, anytime, from your account. Every card you've already handed out shows the change.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your first year is included. After that, renew for RM29/year to keep your Card and digital profile active. If a membership lapses, your profile stays live for a 30-day grace period, then pauses until you renew. Nothing is deleted: renewing restores the same card and profile.
Does the card need charging?
No. The chip has no battery. It is powered by the phone that taps it, for the moment it is read.
What if NFC doesn't work on someone's phone?
They scan the QR code on the back of the card. It opens the same profile.
I've changed company or phone number. Do I need a new card?
No. Edit your profile with your new details. The card only holds a link to your profile, so it stays the same.
Can I order cards for my team?
Yes, once orders reopen. Each person gets their own card and profile. Talk to us on Telegram about team orders.
What if I lose my card?
Lock it from your account (My page, then Lock card): taps and QR scans stop opening your profile straight away. Your details live in your account, not on the card. To ask about a new card, message us on Telegram.
How long does delivery take?
